Scrapbook Design & You® teaches beginner through advanced scrapbookers the essential scrapbook theories and principles of design. SDU will dramatically enhance the skills of any scrapbooker to create dynamic scrapbook pages. Program graduates will be able to fully embrace the value and message of our slogan for SDU: Theory-Technique-Foundation-Success™!

In this class, you will focus on specific theory and techniques of scrapbook design. You will need to bring along some materials and tools to class with you, as you will have the opportunity to work hands on with your instructor to create scrapbook pages that are unique to you. The SDU booklet will be a valuable reference tool as you continue your scrapbooking journey.

Get acquainted with the Copic product line and learn bout the product basics, decipher the numbering system and learn how to pick good blending groups. Discover how to create depth by blending multiple colors together. Study and practice the four basic blending techniques and unravel the secrets of the colorless blender marker.

In this hands-on class you will have plenty of time to play as you use the techniques to create 4 cards featuring stamped images from some of the most popular stamp companies around.

Please bring: Basic class kit – cutting tool or scissors and adhesive of your choice. If you would like to bring your own markers, please make sure they are labeled with your name.

• Class: Copic Beyond the Stamp- $35

Explore the depths of Copic possibilities in this scrappy workshop. Coordinate your project elements using Copic markers. Go beyond coloring stamped images as you learn how to customize your own papers and embellishments while playing with a variety of surfaces.

Use the ABS to create amazing masked backgrounds and to add depth to all of your page elements. In this hands-on class you will have plenty of time to play as you use the techniques to create a mini-acrylic album.
