Third time is the charm! 

I can't believe this is our third event and we are going to bring you the best Dream Team, amazing projects, surprises and the best time of your life. 

2011 is the next step in evolution of a wonderful idea. This year we bring you the Puerto Rico Scrapbook Event  ...The Iron Edition! We wanted to do something new for the Event and we created the SCRAPBOOK IRON CHALLENGE in which a group of friends, Tim Holtz, Margie Romney, Donna Downey and a Glitz girl will create a project in one hour! Each group will use their products (Ranger, Prima, Girl’s Paperie and Glitz) and a surprise element that neither of the two groups will know until the moment the challenge starts. Fun!!! Really fun and you are going to be part of it! 

Returning from our 2010 show Margie Romney, Donna Downey and The Glitz Girls along with our 2011 designers, Tim Holtz, Trisha Ladouceur, Ashlee Jorgensen, designers by K&Co., Prima and American Craft making this the best Dream Team. 

We will feature local talent to create 10 fabulous make and takes kits in a new area that we have designated for “Artistas del Patio” (local artists).

In addition we will be joining the quest to save the planet with different activities during the weekend. That's why we say we are going green! Among the green activities we will have special classes where we will CRS (create, recycle and scrap). As part of those activities we will create and recycle with kids.  I'm really happy to bring something special for the kids so they can learn about helping our environment. 

All this reminds me of that good luck saying but in my way: Something old, something new, something borrowed... something green!!!

Like we say, only in Puerto Rico you will find… 8 amazing teachers, with 11 oustanding projects, at the best venue, on a beautiful island in which everyone is ready to learn, dance and have fun and to make this the best event in the world!!
